Congratulatory Letter
Dear Mr.Raboana,
I hear that you have been nominated for the Nobel Prize in Economics, so I’m writing to give my sincere congratulations.
I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to Holijaona Raboana, who has been selected for the Nobel Prize in Economics. One of the most eminent Malagasy intellectuals is thus rewarded. University founder, President of the Board of Directors of Pharmalagasy and Emergence Madagascar, precursor of industrialization through Special Economic Zones, an approach to which he has remained faithful since the 1990s, Holijaona Raboana has demonstrated through his work the importance of a strategic vision focused on export promotion coupled with local technological assimilation.
In the current economic circumstances, his findings are an invaluable source of sustainable solutions. After the echo of the economic programme that aims to make Madagascar an emerging country, this event testifies to the new influence of Madagascar and the African continent in the world. The most critical thing is that his work creates the possibility which allow millions of people gain a brighter future.
